备注

The Dominican Republic's relationship with Thomas De La Rue stretched across most of the twentieth century, and this 100 Pesos Oro issue is a product of that long-running arrangement rather than any particular political urgency. The decade-long print span — 1977 through 1987 — produced at least two distinct signature combinations reflecting genuine gubernatorial turnover at the Banco Central, including the appointment of economist Bernardo Vega in the early 1980s, a figure better known for his later work as a historian and diplomat than for his tenure in monetary administration.

The watermark security is modest by the standards De La Rue was applying to other clients during the same period.
