正面描述	Black on red underprint. The Colombian national arms appear as a central vignette, flanked at left by a standing statue of Simón Bolívar. The issuer's name is inscribed across the top, the face value in numerals occupies all four corners, and the denomination in words is superimposed over the central numeral. Place and date of issue are printed along the lower centre.
