| Beschrijving keerzijde | A decorative sprig of oak or acanthus leaves occupies the right side of the field, curving gracefully from the lower center to the upper right. At the top center, the Turkish national emblem of a crescent moon and five-pointed star is displayed in relief. To the left of the sprig, the denomination is inscribed in Eastern Arabic numerals (١٠٠) above the Arabic word for Para (پارة), rendered in Ottoman script. The design is framed by a continuous raised bead border. |

Issued in the first years of the Turkish Republic, this denomination belongs to the coinage reform that Atatürk's government pushed through as part of a broader programme of Westernisation — metrication, alphabet change, legal codes, and currency modernisation all arrived within the same compressed window. The 100 Para was effectively dead on arrival as a practical denomination; rampant inflation had already made it nearly worthless by the time these pieces entered circulation, and the unit itself was abolished shortly after.
