Reverse description A detailed frontal view of St. Paul's Walden Bury, the Hertfordshire country house that served as the childhood home of Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother, occupies the central field, rendered in fine engraved relief against a mirror background. An inner beaded border frames the architectural vignette. The upper legend reads + QUEEN ELIZABETH THE QUEEN MOTHER, with a secondary arc below reading HER PARENTS' HOME ST PAUL'S WALDEN BURY. The date 1903, commemorating the Queen Mother's birth year, and the denomination 100 NGULTRUM appear in the lower exergue.
