Not a banknote in any legal sense — this is a novelty or fantasy piece issued without monetary authority, designed by Slovak graphic artist Matej Gabris and printed by OPTYS, a Czech commercial printing house with no central bank affiliation. Gabris has produced several such pieces, typically trading on recognizable German cultural imagery to appeal to the collector and souvenir market.
