The Arabic bank title "البنك السوري" appears across the upper portion, while "CENT LIVRES SYRIENNES" and the denomination "100" with the abbreviation "L.Syr." are printed in bold lettering across the lower portion. Guilloche underprint panels bearing repeated "100" numerals occupy the lower flanks, with arabesque ornaments at the corners.
