Description de l’avers	Central intaglio vignette of the Bank of Beirut building set within an ornate guilloche frame, with the Arabic bank title in a cartouche directly below. The issuer's name "BANQUE DE SYRIE ET DU GRAND-LIBAN" runs in large letterpress across the upper portion flanking the central vignette, with serial numbers at left and right. The denomination "CENT LIVRES SYRIENNES" appears in bold across the centre below the vignette, with bilingual redemption clauses in French and Arabic beneath, and two "100" numerals rendered in guilloche underprint at lower left and right.

Description du revers	Central oval intaglio vignette of a panoramic city view set at the foot of a mountain range, rendered in brown tones and enclosed within an elaborate guilloche border with floral and geometric ornamental work. The Arabic bank title "البنك السوري" appears across the upper portion, while "CENT LIVRES SYRIENNES" and the denomination "100" with the abbreviation "L.Syr." are printed in bold lettering across the lower portion. Guilloche underprint panels bearing repeated "100" numerals occupy the lower flanks, with arabesque ornaments at the corners.
