Beschrijving voorzijde	The central text panel, printed on a light ground with a guilloche-style underprint incorporating the interlaced monogram 'OF', carries the bond title 'OBVEZNICA' in large bold letterpress type, with the denomination 'LIT 100' centred below the pledge text. Dark brown intaglio-style vignettes by Božidar Jakac flank both sides: on the left, a crouching partisan figure amid stylised waves, and on the right, a standing rifleman in dynamic pose, both rendered in a vigorous woodcut aesthetic. The series letter and serial number appear in the upper register, with the interest rate '3%' repeated at all four corners and the printed facsimile signatures of President Josip Vidmar and Secretary Boris Kidrič at the foot.
