| Descrizione del rovescio | An allegorical female figure personifying Italy, draped and seated in a classical biga chariot positioned to the left, is drawn by three powerful lions striding in procession to the right across a ground line. The composition is executed in bold high relief, conveying strength and imperial grandeur. The upper field bears the legend REGNO D'ITALIA and the date 1906 in two lines. Below the ground line, the word PROVA appears to the left and the engraver's mark S.J. (Stefano Johnson) to the right.
