| Obverse description | Cream-coloured miniassegno (emergency cheque note) printed in dark blue and black on a fine guilloche underprint. The upper left carries the Banco Ambrosiano corporate logo alongside the bank name in bold letterpress, with statutory particulars — registered capital and reserves — in small type across a ruled header band; the large numeral '100' appears at upper right. The body of the note bears the promise-to-pay legend in spaced capitals, the denomination 'CENTO' in large bold type flanked by three stars, and the payee line 'ALL'ORDINE "LA CENTRALE" Finanziaria Generale S.p.A.' at lower left, with the issuing branch designation and an authorising manuscript signature at right.
