背面描述 The left two-thirds of the reverse are occupied by a large intaglio-style vignette of the Vardzia cave monastery complex, carved into a dramatic cliff face with arched galleries and stepped terraces rendered in fine grey tones. To the right, a bold numeral '100' is set within a decorative guilloche panel with traditional Georgian knotwork ornaments above and below, against a salmon-orange underprint. The entire design is framed by an ornamental border incorporating repeated circular and foliate motifs at the corners.

备注

Georgia's kuponi series was among the most chaotic currency introductions of the post-Soviet period. The kuponi entered circulation in April 1993 as a coupon currency running parallel to the Russian ruble before fully replacing it — the government was printing denominations faster than the economy could absorb them, and triple-digit inflation made even 100-unit notes functionally worthless within months of issue.

The "digit '2' in denominator" variety designation points to a plate or typographic flaw in the fraction-style serial numbering, a known differentiator among collectors of this series. The April 1945 print date in the catalog data almost certainly reflects a misread or transcription error — the kuponi did not exist until 1993.
