Obverse description	Green and red bicolour print on white paper, with an intricate guilloche underprint covering the entire note. The denomination 100 Kr. appears in the upper corners flanking a central purple rectangular panel bearing the overprint FÆRØERNE in bold letters. Below, the value HUNDREDE KRONER is inscribed in large red letters, with the promissory text issued on behalf of Danmarks Nationalbank as legal tender in the Faroe Islands, followed by FÆRØ AMT. NOVEMBER 1940. Two floral branch vignettes flank the lower text area, with the serial number and Amtmand signature printed at centre-bottom above the large value numeral 100 Kr.
