Slovakia's 100 Korún series ran across three distinct printings — De La Rue handled early issues, with Polish Security Printing Works taking over production later in the run. That split between two security printers over a single Pick number is worth noting, as subtle differences in ink depth and registration quality distinguish the two outputs under close examination.
The engraving is Václav Fajt's work, a Czech engraver whose name appears on several Slovak issues of the 1990s — a pragmatic cross-border arrangement that reflected where the technical expertise actually resided after the 1993 dissolution of Czechoslovakia.
