A supplementary illustration of a Gothic stone head from the sacristy of the former Minorite church in Levoča appears as an additional design element, framed within guilloche patterning. The denomination 100 and issuing authority NÁRODNÁ BANKA SLOVENSKA are repeated, along with the date and designer credit.
