To the right, an intaglio oval vignette presents a portrait of a Ukrainian woman in traditional folk headdress, set within an ornate lathe-work border. Below the central text, the issuing authority, place and date of issue (Rowno, den 10. März 1942), a manuscript facsimile signature, the Zentralnotenbank Ukraine eagle seal, and a red serial number are arranged across the lower field. |

A large intaglio numeral 100 occupies the centre, flanked by anti-counterfeiting warnings in German to the left and Ukrainian to the right. The denomination in Cyrillic script, СТО КАРБОВАНЦІВ, appears in bold letterpress below the central numeral, while the issuing bank name is given in both German at the top and Ukrainian at the bottom, with the numeral 100 repeated in all four corners. |
