| Obverse description | A dynamic quadriga scene rendered in high relief in the Neoclassical style: a charioteer standing erect on a two-wheeled chariot drives four rearing horses to the right, his right arm extended and brandishing a spear. The engravers' signatures 'G. ROMAGNOLI' and 'A. MOTTI INC.' appear in the lower right field. Below the ground line, the legend 'ALBANIA-SHQIPNI' is inscribed, with the date '1927' and the Rome mint mark 'R' beneath it, and the denomination 'FR.A.100' prominently displayed in the lower exergue. |
