Two manuscript signatures appear beneath the titles "LE PRÉSIDENT" and "LE DIRECTEUR GÉNÉRAL", flanked by the serial number and prefix letter. A statutory anti-counterfeiting warning in small text occupies the lower centre, with the place name "DJIBOUTI" and the imprint "GOVERNMENT PRINTER, PALESTINE" at the foot. |

"DJIBOUTI" is inscribed at the foot, with the printer's imprint "EMIL M. PIKOVSKY LTD JERUSALEM" in Hebrew and Latin script below. |
