Two manuscript signatures appear beneath the titles "LE PRÉSIDENT" and "LE DIRECTEUR GÉNÉRAL", flanked by the serial number and prefix letter. A statutory anti-counterfeiting warning in small text occupies the lower centre, with the place name "DJIBOUTI" and the imprint "GOVERNMENT PRINTER, PALESTINE" at the foot. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Printed in green, the reverse is framed by a leafy guilloche border. A central rectangular vignette depicts a coastal palm grove, with several tall palms rising above low scrub beside a calm shoreline. To the left is a large geometric guilloche roundel, and to the right the numeral "10" — representing the second digit of the denomination — appears within a matching decorative panel. "DJIBOUTI" is inscribed at the foot, with the printer's imprint "EMIL M. PIKOVSKY LTD JERUSALEM" in Hebrew and Latin script below. |
