| Obverse description | Printed entirely in green on a guilloche-patterned ground, the obverse carries the large denomination numeral "100" within a circular guilloche vignette at left and a matching ornamental roundel at right, with the words "CENT FRANCS" in bold letterpress at centre. Two manuscript signatures appear beneath the titles "LE PRÉSIDENT" and "LE DIRECTEUR GÉNÉRAL", flanked by the serial number and prefix letter. A statutory anti-counterfeiting warning in small text occupies the lower centre, with the place name "DJIBOUTI" and the imprint "GOVERNMENT PRINTER, PALESTINE" at the foot. |
