| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse features a craftsman applying a hand-carved wooden printing block to fabric in the traditional Slovak blue-dyeing (modrotlač) technique, depicted on the right side of the field. To the left, the ornate floral face of a second printing block is shown in detail. In the upper right, three lengths of freshly dyed fabric hang to dry. The denomination '100' and currency unit 'EURO' are inscribed vertically between the craftsman and the block pattern, while the date '2024' and the Slovak coat of arms appear below the craftsman figure. The legend 'SLOVENSKO' runs along the lower rim, with the Kremnica Mint mark 'MK' flanked by two dies in the lower left of the block pattern and the designer's stylised initials 'KL' (for Karol Ličko) in the lower right. |
