| Popis líce |
The obverse features a craftsman applying a hand-carved wooden printing block to fabric in the traditional Slovak blue-dyeing (modrotlač) technique, depicted on the right side of the field. To the left, the ornate floral face of a second printing block is shown in detail. In the upper right, three lengths of freshly dyed fabric hang to dry. The denomination '100' and currency unit 'EURO' are inscribed vertically between the craftsman and the block pattern, while the date '2024' and the Slovak coat of arms appear below the craftsman figure. The legend 'SLOVENSKO' runs along the lower rim, with the Kremnica Mint mark 'MK' flanked by two dies in the lower left of the block pattern and the designer's stylised initials 'KL' (for Karol Ličko) in the lower right. |

The reverse is bisected vertically into two distinct compositional halves. The left half bears the Slovak term for blue-dyeing, 'MODROTLAČ', with its two morphemes 'MODRO' and 'TLAČ' stacked one above the other, followed below by the three-line inscription 'NEHMOTNÉ / KULTÚRNE / DEDIČSTVO', denoting 'intangible cultural heritage' in Slovak. The right half depicts a length of blue-dyed fabric suspended vertically, printed with the same intricate floral pattern seen on the obverse, framed above and below by horizontal decorative borders rendered in the characteristic indigo tones of the modrotlač craft. |
