The central vignette presents the Greek royal coat of arms within an elaborate guilloche cartouche framed by classical columns; the numeral 100 appears above and below the arms. A red diagonal overprint reading 'ΝΕΟ!' crosses the central vignette, and a manuscript signature above the serial number appears in the lower right area alongside the printed title 'Ο ΒΑΣ. ΕΠΙΤΡΟΠΟΣ'. |
