Obverse description This cut note preserves the right portion of P#67, printed in blue and green tones. The central vignette presents the Greek royal coat of arms within an elaborate guilloche cartouche framed by classical columns; the numeral 100 appears above and below the arms. A red diagonal overprint reading 'ΝΕΟ!' crosses the central vignette, and a manuscript signature above the serial number appears in the lower right area alongside the printed title 'Ο ΒΑΣ. ΕΠΙΤΡΟΠΟΣ'.

Reverse description The right portion of the reverse is printed in dark grey-black intaglio on a fine guilloche background. The central vignette shows three classical Greek columns, with a decorative tripod monument to the left and the Acropolis of Athens visible in the right background. Partial inscriptions 'ΕΘΝΙΚΗ ΤΡ' and 'ΔΡΑΧ' are visible at the upper right and lower right respectively, with the numeral 100 appearing at upper left and lower left.
