Two hands point to approximately five minutes to twelve. The central field is filled with undulating concentric wave lines in the guilloche style against a dark background, with the legend CHRONOS inscribed across the centre. A subsidiary seconds-register at the lower centre depicts a small circular subdial bearing the denomination numeral 100, surrounded by Arabic minute markers (5 through 60) and decorative Polynesian wave motifs. The word DOLLARS and the denomination 100 complete the design. |
