The cannon and its carriage are encircled by a prominent wreath of olive branches, their tips meeting at the upper centre of the design. Below the cannon, a curved ribbon banner carries the Arabic inscription حكومة ام القيوين in bold lettering. The field is plain and unadorned, allowing the central device to dominate the composition. The entire design is contained within a beaded inner border. |
