The woman is seated with an outstretched hand towards the south, calling for the liberation of its enslaved brothers, promising a crown of glory to the overreachers. Panorama of Belgrade on Sava river with sailing ships and a steam ship in the background. Parts of the design are overprinted to hide the old state no more valid inscriptions.
