Obverse description Woman representing the allegory of Serbia. The woman is seated with an outstretched hand towards the south, calling for the liberation of its enslaved brothers, promising a crown of glory to the overreachers. Panorama of Belgrade on Sava river with sailing ships and a steam ship in the background. Parts of the design are overprinted to hide the old state no more valid inscriptions.

Reverse description On the right is a young Serbian man representing the nation in a national costume, with a hat, and peasant shoe, holding a bunch of intertwined various fruits in his right hand and leaning on a stylized shield witch has been overprinted as an old no more valid coat of arms. The tree sailing ships on the sea in the background has been overprinted.
