Obverse description Central vignette presents a seated allegorical female figure of Serbia, her right arm outstretched in a gesture of summons, set against a panoramic background of Belgrade on the Sava River with sailing vessels and a steamship. Portions of the original design carry overprints masking inscriptions and emblems rendered invalid under the 1941 occupation administration. The composition is executed in a classical intaglio style with fine guilloche underprint elements framing the central imagery.

Reverse description A young Serbian man in traditional national costume — including a characteristic hat and opanak peasant shoes — stands to the right, holding a cluster of intertwined fruits in his right hand and leaning against a stylized shield whose coat of arms has been overprinted as no longer valid. Three sailing ships depicted at sea in the background are likewise obscured by overprint, consistent with the 1941 occupation-era modification of the note.
Reverse lettering СРПСКА НАРОДНА БАНКА 100 ДИНАРА G. FRAIPONT FEC. RITA SC.
