| Descrizione del dritto | Cast bronze cash coin of the Min Kingdom, struck during the brief Tiande reign period. The obverse displays four Chinese characters in regular script (kaishu) arranged in cruciform reading order around a central square perforation: 天 (Tian) above, 寶 (Bao) below, 德 (De) to the right, and 重 (Zhong) to the left, reading 天德重寶 (Tiande Zhongbao, meaning 'Tiande Heavy Treasure'). The characters are boldly cast in raised relief with broad, well-defined strokes against a flat, unadorned field. The coin is framed by a raised inner rim surrounding the square hole and a prominent raised outer rim encircling the coin's periphery. The overall style is characteristic of Five Dynasties period Chinese numismatic tradition. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | The reverse is largely plain, featuring a central square perforation bordered by a raised square rim, with a broad, undecorated flat field extending to the raised outer rim. A single Chinese character 殷 (Yin), denoting the Yin Kingdom — the short-lived state proclaimed by Wang Yanzheng within the collapsing Min Kingdom — appears above the square hole, cast in raised regular script. The field shows evidence of natural patination consistent with the bronze alloy and age of the piece. The reverse design is otherwise devoid of additional inscription or decorative elements, typical of high-denomination cast cash of this period. |
