Obverse description	Central vignette presents portraits of Dr. Ir. Soekarno and Dr. H. Mohammad Hatta facing one another, with a facsimile of the Independence Proclamation text bearing both their signatures placed between them; the Pegangsaan Timur building, site of the proclamation, appears in the background behind the portraits. Tactile embossed circles are positioned along the left edge for visually impaired users, with Omron rings at the right edge. Fine guilloche underprint patterns frame the composition throughout.

The denomination numeral 100000 appears in large bold figures at lower right, with the serial number printed in red at upper right and lower left.
