| Description de l’avers | The face is dominated by a large guilloche-framed text area with the denomination SZÁZMILLIÓ ADÓPENGŐRŐL printed in bold letterpress at centre, surrounded by an ornate border of interlocking scrollwork and corner rosettes. The upper panel bears the title ADÓJEGY in a dark rectangular cartouche, while the lower portion carries the issuance date BUDAPEST, 1946. ÉVI MÁJUS HÓ 25-ÉN and the manuscript signature of the Pénzügyminiszter (Minister of Finance). A warning inscription runs along the bottom panel stating that counterfeiting is punishable by law. |
