Obverse description At center, the Polish eagle displayed with spread wings, its head turned to the right, rendered in a bold sculptural style against a smooth field. The eagle bears no crown, consistent with the People's Republic period heraldry. The circular legend reads POLSKA RZECZPOSPOLITA LUDOWA along the upper arc, with the denomination 10 DZIESIĘĆ ZŁOTYCH 10 inscribed along the lower arc, all in Latin script. The legends are separated by raised dots serving as dividers. This is a trial strike (próba) in copper-nickel, struck without the standard PRÓBA inscription present on other pattern variants.
