The commemorative inscription is arranged in divided lines filling the field: 'PIĘĆDZIESIĄTA ROCZNICA TRZECIEGO POWSTANIA ŚLĄSKIEGO', referencing the 50th anniversary of the Third Silesian Uprising. The founding and commemorative dates '1921' and '1971' appear in the lower left and lower right fields respectively, flanking the base of the cross.
