The denomination numeral '10' appears in large characters below the eagle. | Descrizione del rovescio | The reverse displays a large stylized cross, reminiscent of a military decoration or the Silesian Insurgents' Cross, positioned prominently in the upper and central field with a circular medallion at its intersection. The commemorative inscription is arranged in divided lines filling the field: 'PIĘĆDZIESIĄTA ROCZNICA TRZECIEGO POWSTANIA ŚLĄSKIEGO', referencing the 50th anniversary of the Third Silesian Uprising. The founding and commemorative dates '1921' and '1971' appear in the lower left and lower right fields respectively, flanking the base of the cross.
