| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse is printed in red-orange on a cream ground, with a central oval guilloche cartouche bearing the large Chinese character 圓 (Yuan) above 拾 (Ten), framed by elaborate scrollwork borders. To the right, a vignette presents a tree with sprawling roots set in a landscape scene, flanked by vertical panel inscriptions. The bank name 東北銀行 appears across the top, with additional Chinese legends noting circulation券 status and issuing authority; the denomination 拾 is repeated in the left and right margins. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse is printed in olive-yellow with a symmetrical design centred on a large guilloche rosette enclosing the numeral 10, flanked on each side by an ornate sunburst rosette of fine lathe-work. An arched banner at the top carries the English legend TUNG PEI BANK OF CHINA, and a lower panel reads TEN YUAN, the whole composition enclosed within a scrolled foliate border. |
