| Descrizione del dritto | Printed in blue-grey on a salmon-pink underprint, the centre of the note carries an intaglio vignette of the Zhichun Pavilion at Kunming Lake within the Summer Palace, Peking, enclosed by an ornate architectural border with guilloche work. Elaborate cartouches to the left and right bear the Chinese denomination characters 拾圓, while arabesque corner pieces carry the numeral 10. The bank title 震義銀行 and issuing authority inscription appear above the vignette, with the date year and printer's imprint positioned at the foot. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | Printed entirely in carmine-red, the reverse is anchored by two large guilloche rosette medallions bearing the numeral 10, one at each side, flanking a central text panel set within an elaborate engine-turned scrollwork surround. The central panel carries the promise-to-pay clause above the bold intaglio inscription TEN YUAN, surmounted by the issuer's title THE CHINESE ITALIAN BANKING CORPORATION in a banner across the top. Signature lines for President and Manager appear at lower left and right respectively, with the date SEPTEMBER 15TH 1921 and the printer's imprint AMERICAN BANK NOTE COMPANY at the foot. |
