| Obverse description | Printed in dark red-brown, the obverse carries a large circular guilloche medallion at left bearing the denomination characters 拾圓 (Ten Yuan), beside an oval vignette at right portraying a mass rally scene with a crowd assembled before a speaker's platform flying a flag, the scene captioned 万大人合 above. The bank title 淮南银行 (Bank of Huai Nau) runs across the top with serial numbers at each side, and lower inscriptions include the legal tender clause 作法币五十元 and the Republican calendar date 中华民国三十二年甲. Decorative corner ornaments and a foliate border frame the entire design. |

| Reverse description | Printed in dark blue, the reverse is dominated by three interlocking guilloche rosettes of differing scales, with the central and largest rosette bearing the denomination characters 拾圓 (Ten Yuan) and the flanking rosettes each carrying the character 拾. The English bank name BANK OF HUAI NAU is inscribed across the top panel, and HUAI NAU appears in a rectangular cartouche along the bottom. Corner devices and a continuous foliate guilloche border complete the design. |
