The denomination 50원 appears prominently in the lower field, flanked by the fineness mark 999 to the left and the weight 31g to the right. The date inscription 주체106(2017)년, denoting Juche year 106 corresponding to 2017, is inscribed along the lower border. The coin is struck in proof finish with a deeply mirrored field contrasting against frosted devices. |
