| Obverse description | The right half of the note is dominated by a portrait of the poet and philosopher Mir Said Ali Hamadoni (1314–1384) in a turban, rendered in intaglio against a geometric guilloche underprint in red and orange tones. At centre-left, a vertical ornamental panel bears a stylised tulip and lyre vignette flanked by traditional Tajik decorative motifs, with the numeral 10 printed in large letterpress at lower left and lower centre. The bank title БОНКИ МИЛЛИИ ТОЧИКИСТОН appears at upper centre in Cyrillic, with the denomination ДАХ СОМОНИ below, and signature panel and date 1999 at lower left. |
