| Obverse description | The obverse features the state emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic displayed centrally within a stylized sun-burst or flame-like decorative ring with a mirror-polished background, evoking a celestial motif. The emblem depicts a white gyrfalcon (the tunduk of a yurt surmounted by rays of the rising sun above a mountain landscape) encircled by a wreath. Surrounding the central device, the field is populated with a frieze of small relief figures depicting mounted Kyrgyz warriors in various dynamic poses, arranged in a ring around the central emblem. The Cyrillic legend УЛУУ КЫРГЫЗ КАГАНАТЫ arcs along the upper portion of the field, while КЫРГЫЗ РЕСПУБЛИКАСЫ appears on the emblem's lower border.
