Reverse description The reverse bears a fully legible inscription arranged across five lines in the central field, reading the Roman numeral X flanked by two small rosette ornaments at the top, followed by the denomination and issuing authority in Danish. The date appears at the base of the inscription. The lettering is bold and deeply incised in a serif typeface, occupying virtually the entire field, with no additional decorative devices other than the rosette stops flanking the numeral. The design is framed by a toothed or engrailed border consistent with the obverse.
