Obverse description	The Ugandan national arms vignette appears at left, set against a map outline of Uganda, with an elaborate guilloche underprint in purple and blue tones dominating the centre and right portions of the note. A large numeral "10" is rendered within the guilloche rosette at centre, flanked by additional ornamental cartouches, with the serial number printed in black at upper right and lower left. Two manuscript signatures appear at the base, captioned GOVERNOR and SECRETARY.
