Obverse description Central field features the Estonian coat of arms — a baroque-style shield bearing three passant lions arranged in pale, one above the other. The date is divided by the shield, with '19' to the left and '31' to the right. The design is rendered in bold relief with fine heraldic detailing on each lion. A continuous beaded border frames the entire composition.
