| Reverse description | Central design depicts an olive branch with fruit above a traditional Moroccan olive press, rendered in fine detail to evoke agricultural heritage. The large numeral '10' appears prominently to the right in the field. Decorative Moorish geometric and floral motifs flank the central motif on both sides. The dual date '2023 - 1445' (Gregorian and Hijri) is inscribed along the upper rim, and the denomination عشر سنتيمات (Ten Centimes) is inscribed along the lower rim in Arabic script. |

Bank Al-Maghrib transitioned much of its lower-denomination coinage to steel-core planchets over the past two decades primarily as a cost-containment measure, as rising copper and zinc prices made solid brass strikes increasingly uneconomical at small face values. The brass-plated steel construction of this issue follows that practical shift.
