Beschrijving voorzijde	Central field depicts a composite panoramic view of the landmark religious and historical monuments of Trincomalee, including a Hindu kovil gopuram at left, a multi-tiered pavilion structure at centre, and a mosque with twin minarets at right, all rendered in fine relief above a paved forecourt. A curved peripheral legend in Tamil script arcs along the left and Sinhala script along the upper left, with the Latin inscription 'Trincomalee' along the right. The date '2013' appears in the lower exergue. The design is contained within a raised inner border, with the characteristic eleven-sided outline of the coin visible at the periphery.
