| Reverse description | The reverse carries an intaglio vignette of the hemispherical dagoba at the Raja Maha Vihare, Kelaniya, viewed through its ornate arched gateway with flanking columns and steps leading up from the foreground. A large circular watermark window is reserved in the upper centre, framed by elaborate multicolour floral scroll ornamentation in pink, gold, and olive. The trilingual bank title and denomination appear at top and bottom respectively, with a trilingual caption identifying the subject below the architectural scene. |
