正面描述 Central vignette of a Coco-de-Mer palm with fruit cluster, flanked to the left by a black-spotted triggerfish rendered in blue-grey tones against a map outline of the Seychelles islands; the national arms appear in the upper left corner alongside the serial number. The issuing authority name is printed in large stylised lettering across the upper centre, with bilingual inscriptions in English and Creole below, and the denomination numeral appears in the lower left and upper right corners. A Governor's facsimile signature and the date 2013 are located at the lower centre.

备注

The Central Bank of Seychelles has been issuing polymer notes for most denominations since the early 2000s, making this cotton paper 10 Rupees something of an outlier in the post-2010 series. De La Rue's retention of traditional substrate here likely reflects a cost and volume calculation rather than any technical limitation — the 10 Rupee note circulates heavily and wears accordingly, which has led to complaints about note longevity at this denomination specifically.

The watermark remains the primary security feature, modest by contemporary standards for a De La Rue production of this period.
