Anmerkungen

The Central Bank of Seychelles has been issuing polymer notes for most denominations since the early 2000s, making this cotton paper 10 Rupees something of an outlier in the post-2010 series. De La Rue's retention of traditional substrate here likely reflects a cost and volume calculation rather than any technical limitation — the 10 Rupee note circulates heavily and wears accordingly, which has led to complaints about note longevity at this denomination specifically.

The watermark remains the primary security feature, modest by contemporary standards for a De La Rue production of this period.
