背面描述 A stylized German Imperial eagle with spread wings occupies the upper field, its head turned to the right, positioned above a central hole. Two oak branches flank the central perforation on either side, their acorns and leaves rendered in fine relief. The denomination numeral 10 appears in large format below the central hole, with the mint master's mark visible in the lower right field. A beaded border encircles the entire reverse design.

附加信息

The Reichskreditkassen were established by decree in May 1940 specifically to provide occupation currency in territories seized by German forces, deliberately kept separate from the Reichsbank to insulate the domestic economy from the costs of occupation. This zinc pattern for a 10 Pfennig piece was almost certainly produced in anticipation of a broader military coinage rollout that never fully materialized in this denomination.

Zinc was mandated across German small coinage by this point, with all available copper and nickel redirected to armaments production.
