Above the central design, two lines of Arabic legend read 'افتتاح بانوراما السادس من أكتوبر' (Inauguration of the 6th of October Panorama) and 'عودة الأرض' (Return of the Land). The dual dates '١٩٧٣ - ١٩٨٩' appear in the lower exergue. A toothed inner border frames the entire design. |
