Obverse description Central design features a detailed depiction of the Prophet's Mosque (Al-Masjid an-Nabawi) in Medina on the left, with its distinctive dome and minaret, alongside a fortified Islamic architectural structure on the right. Rising centrally between the two buildings is a stylised tree bearing two cartouches in its branches, each inscribed in Arabic with the names 'Allah' (الله) and 'Muhammad' (محمد). An ornate arabesque scroll decorates the lower central field. Above the central composition, a short Arabic inscription in the upper field denotes the 15th Hijri century. The coin is framed by a reeded border with an inner beaded rim.
