Obverse description	The obverse is dominated by a large bold letterpress denomination legend 'TEN PIASTRES' in English and 'عشرة قروش صاغ' in Arabic, printed in dark brown against a light green guilloche underprint with a repeated 'TEN P.T.' trellis pattern forming the border.
